【摘要】：目的:觀察視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞繼發(fā)黃斑水腫患者抗VEGF藥物治療1周前后視力、視網(wǎng)膜下積液、外界膜、橢圓體帶以及脈絡(luò)膜的變化,總結(jié)抗VEGF藥物治療的短期療效。方法:選取56例RVO繼發(fā)ME患者,玻璃體腔注射抗VEGF藥物,通過OCT技術(shù)詳細觀察,并依據(jù)賦值表填寫視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞患者抗VEGF治療登記表。結(jié)果:臨床觀察統(tǒng)計,56例視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞繼發(fā)黃斑水腫患者,抗VEGF藥物治療7天后,平均視力LogMAR由0.8855±0.52251提升為0.5648±0.45647(P=0.000);視網(wǎng)膜下積液患者比例治療前后減少37%;外界膜和橢圓體帶完整度分別由0.88±0.788和0.86±0.724減少為0.30±0.537和0.21±0.414(P值均為0.000);脈絡(luò)膜厚度由治療前318.18±47.423um變?yōu)?20.54±45.551um(P=0.621)。結(jié)論:抗VEGF藥物能夠明顯提高RVO繼發(fā)ME患者視力,并促進視網(wǎng)膜下積液的吸收,改善外界膜和橢圓體帶結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂情況,但是對脈絡(luò)膜厚度的變化無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of visual acuity, subretinal effusion, external membrane, ellipsoid zone and choroid in patients with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion before and after one week of anti-VEGF treatment. Methods: 56 cases of secondary ME patients with RVO were treated with anti-VEGF by intravitreal injection. Results: 56 patients with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion were treated with anti-VEGF drugs for 7 days. The mean visual acuity of LogMAR was increased from 0.8855 鹵0.52251 to 0.5648 鹵0.45647 (P = 0.000), the proportion of subretinal effusion patients decreased by 37 points before and after treatment, the integrity of external membrane and ellipsoid zone decreased from 0.88 鹵0.788 and 0.86 鹵0.724 to 0.30 鹵0.537 and 0.21 鹵0.414, respectively (P = 0.000), the thickness of choroid changed from 318.18 鹵47.423um to 320.54 鹵45.551um (P0.621). Conclusion: antiVEGF drugs can significantly improve the visual acuity of secondary ME patients with RVO, promote the absorption of subretinal effusion and improve the structural disorder of the outer membrane and ellipsoid zone, but have no significant effect on the change of choroidal thickness.
