【摘要】：淚液是主要由淚腺分泌的一種水樣液體,是眼表的一種成分復(fù)雜的體液,可能含有數(shù)千種蛋白質(zhì)及其他分子,研究已證實(shí)這些成分的改變?cè)谘鄄〉陌l(fā)生和發(fā)展中具有重要作用。淚液成分包括蛋白質(zhì)、脂質(zhì)及代謝物等,容易獲取,不僅可以用于生物標(biāo)志物,還可用于研究眼科系統(tǒng)性疾病的發(fā)病過(guò)程。通過(guò)測(cè)定淚液成分的變化,可能用來(lái)確定疾病發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵通路,為預(yù)防及治療提供了一種新的可能。本文將到目前為止尚未確定的淚液標(biāo)志物在眼科系統(tǒng)性疾病的應(yīng)用做一簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Tear is a water - like liquid secreted mainly from the lacrimal gland. It is a complex body fluid of the eye surface. It may contain thousands of proteins and other molecules. Studies have proved that the changes in these components play an important role in the occurrence and development of ophthalmopathy. Tear components include protein, lipid and metabolites, which are easy to obtain and not only can be obtained. It is used for biomarkers and can also be used to study the pathogenesis of systemic diseases in the ophthalmology. By measuring the changes in tear composition, it may be used to determine key pathways for disease development and provide a new possibility for prevention and treatment. This article will make a simple tear marker in the application of systemic diseases in the ophthalmology. To summarize.
