【摘要】：目的探討改良內(nèi)眥贅皮矯正術(shù)聯(lián)合重瞼成形術(shù)在臨床中的應(yīng)用效果。方法以內(nèi)眥解剖學(xué)研究為基礎(chǔ),松解內(nèi)眥韌帶,去除部分錯構(gòu)的眼輪匝肌,同時結(jié)合內(nèi)眥部位微小隱蔽的"Z"成形術(shù)矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮,同期行重瞼成形術(shù)。結(jié)果本組46例患者,術(shù)后內(nèi)眥贅皮消失,淚阜顯露適中,內(nèi)眥圓鈍自然,重瞼線外觀滿意,與內(nèi)眥連續(xù)性良好。術(shù)后隨訪24個月,內(nèi)眥無可見瘢痕,內(nèi)眥贅皮無復(fù)發(fā),效果滿意。結(jié)論改良內(nèi)眥贅皮矯正術(shù)聯(lián)合重瞼成形術(shù)能夠充分矯正內(nèi)眥部位的結(jié)構(gòu)異常,與重瞼同期施行,"Z"瓣隱藏于內(nèi)眥部位重瞼皺褶線內(nèi),損傷小,瘢痕輕微,術(shù)后效果穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of modified epicanthus correction combined with double eyelid plasty. Methods based on the anatomical study of the inner canthus, the medial canthus ligament was loosened and the partially misstructured orbicularis oculi muscle was removed, and the epicanthus was corrected with the tiny and concealed "Z" plasty at the inner canthus site. At the same time, double eyelid plasty was performed. Results the epicanthus disappeared after operation, the lacrimal caruncle was exposed moderately, the inner canthus was obtuse and natural, the double eyelid line was satisfactory and had good continuity with the inner canthus. After 24 months follow-up, there was no scar and no recurrence of epicanthus. Conclusion modified epicanthus orthodontics combined with double blepharoplasty can fully correct the structural abnormalities of the inner canthus. Z flap is hidden in the fold line of the double eyelid of the inner canthus, with small injury, slight scar and stable postoperative effect.
