【摘要】：目的探討采用耳后V-Y推進法修復輕中度耳垂缺損的療效。方法 2014年9月-2015年7月,采用耳后V-Y推進法修復6例耳垂缺損患者。男1例,女5例;年齡18~30歲,平均23歲。左側2例,右側4例。先天性耳垂缺損2例;繼發(fā)性耳垂缺損4例,其中1例伴上耳廓先天性畸形。根據(jù)自定耳垂缺損分度標準:輕度缺損5例,中度缺損1例。結果術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,皮瓣順利成活。6例患者均獲隨訪,隨訪時間3~12個月,平均9個月。再造耳垂大小、形態(tài)較自然,質(zhì)地、色澤與周緣接近,曲線弧度流暢。患者對術后效果較滿意。結論采用耳后V-Y推進法修復輕中度耳垂缺損,可以獲得自然的耳垂形態(tài),是一種安全、理想的耳垂再造方法,可達到矯飾性修復與重建的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of retroauricular V-Y propulsive method in the repair of mild to moderate ear lobe defects. Methods from September 2014 to July 2015, retroauricular V-Y propulsive method was used to repair 6 cases of ear lobe defect. The age was 1830 years (mean 23 years). Left 2 cases, right 4 cases. There were 2 cases of congenital lobe defect and 4 cases of secondary ear lobe defect, of which 1 case was accompanied by congenital malformation of upper auricle. According to the grading criteria of self-determined ear lobe defect, 5 cases were mild defect and 1 case was moderate defect. Results all the incisions healed in the first stage, and the skin flap survived successfully in 6 cases. The follow-up time was 3 ~ 12 months (mean 9 months). The reconstructed earlobes are natural in size, natural in shape, close to the rim in color and smooth in curve. The patients were satisfied with the postoperative results. Conclusion using retroauricular V-Y propulsive method to repair mild and moderate lobe defects can obtain natural earlobe morphology. It is a safe and ideal method for earlobe reconstruction and can achieve the purpose of cosmetic repair and reconstruction.
