【摘要】：目的:建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的上下氣道炎癥評(píng)估方法。方法:通過對(duì)上下氣道炎性疾病的相關(guān)課題的研究,摸索出上下氣道炎癥評(píng)估(鼻肺部NO、氣道高反應(yīng)性及細(xì)胞學(xué))的方法及相應(yīng)正常值。結(jié)果:鼻部NO正常值范圍為400~900ppb,肺部為5~25ppb;鼻激發(fā)后鼻阻力較基礎(chǔ)值增加≥100%,支氣管激發(fā)FEV1較基礎(chǔ)值下降≥20%,判定為陽性;鼻灌洗Eos≥2.00/HP,誘導(dǎo)痰Eos≥2.5%為陽性。結(jié)論:上下氣道炎癥評(píng)估方法的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化為上下氣道的后續(xù)研究提供了相關(guān)的方法學(xué)及研究基礎(chǔ)。
