【摘要】：目的手法小切口白內(nèi)障手術(shù)(MSICS)對糖尿病白內(nèi)障患者角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和角膜厚度變化的影響。方法 60例2型糖尿病白內(nèi)障患者60只眼睛(糖尿病組)以及60例年齡匹配的非糖尿病棕色白內(nèi)障60只眼睛(對照組)接受MSICS。術(shù)前、術(shù)后1、6和12周采用非接觸角膜內(nèi)皮顯微鏡檢測所有患者角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞及角膜中央厚度。并且評估角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞形態(tài)學(xué)和六角形細(xì)胞百分比變化。結(jié)果對照組術(shù)前平均角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)高于糖尿病組(P0.05)。兩組術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞均減少(單因素方差分析P0.05)。糖尿病組術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞數(shù)的減少(14.19%,P0.05)高于非糖尿病組(8.05%)。糖尿病組角膜中央厚度增加大于對照組(P0.05)。糖尿病組六角形細(xì)胞百分比的變化大于對照組(P0.05)。組間變異系數(shù)的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與非糖尿病患者相比,糖尿病患者M(jìn)SICS術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞損傷更多。建議糖尿病患者接受眼內(nèi)手術(shù)前,對角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞進(jìn)行評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS) on corneal endothelium and corneal thickness in diabetic cataract patients. Methods 60 eyes of 60 patients with type 2 diabetic cataract (diabetic group) and 60 eyes of age-matched non-diabetic brown cataract (control group) were treated with MSICS. The corneal endothelial cells and central corneal thickness were measured by non-contact keratoendothelium microscope before and 1 and 12 weeks postoperatively. The changes of corneal endothelial cell morphology and percentage of hexagonal cells were evaluated. Results the average corneal endothelial cell count in the control group was higher than that in the diabetic group (P 0.05). Corneal endothelial cells were decreased in both groups (single factor analysis of variance P 0.05). The number of corneal endothelial cells in diabetic group (14.19%) was significantly higher than that in non-diabetic group (8.05%). The central corneal thickness in the diabetic group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The change of the percentage of hexagonal cells in the diabetic group was greater than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in coefficient of variation between groups (P0.05). Conclusion compared with the non-diabetic patients, the corneal endothelial cells in the diabetic patients after MSICS are more damaged. It is recommended that corneal endothelial cells be evaluated before intraocular surgery in diabetic patients.
