【摘要】：目的探討口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的臨床療效。方法選取2014年1月—2015年10月在湖北醫(yī)藥學(xué)院附屬東風(fēng)醫(yī)院腫瘤科收治的鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者65例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(33例)和治療組(32例)。對(duì)照組給予西帕依固齦液,3~5 m L含漱3 min,5次/d;治療組對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服口炎清顆粒,20 g溶于200 m L溫開水沖服,2次/d,直至放療結(jié)束。觀察兩組患者治療前后疼痛程度和口腔黏膜分級(jí)的變化情況。結(jié)果治療6、7周末,治療組數(shù)字疼痛評(píng)分法(NRS)疼痛分級(jí)1級(jí)患者例數(shù)明顯多于對(duì)照組,2~3級(jí)疼痛患者例數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組在治療4~7周末口腔黏膜分級(jí)1級(jí)患者例數(shù)顯著多于對(duì)照組,3~4級(jí)患者例數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎具有較好的臨床療效,可有效降低放射性口腔黏膜損傷及疼痛程度,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of oral clear granule combined with sipanil gingival fluid in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive oral mucositis. Methods Sixty-five patients with radioactive oral mucositis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in Dongfeng Hospital affiliated to Hubei Medical College from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group (33 cases) and treatment group (32 cases). The control group was treated with sipanil gums for 3 min and 5 times / d, and the control group was given orally oral stomatitis clear granule 20 g dissolved in 200 mL warm boiled water for 2 times / d until the end of radiotherapy. The changes of pain degree and oral mucosal grade before and after treatment were observed. Results at the end of 6 ~ 7 weeks, the number of patients with NRS pain grade 1 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The number of patients with pain grade 2 or 3 in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The number of patients with oral mucosal grade 1 was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at the end of 4 weeks. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the oral cavity mucositis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by oral mucositis treated by oral granule combined with sipanil has a good clinical effect, and can effectively reduce the degree of injury and pain of radioactive oral mucosa. It has a certain clinical value in popularizing and applying.
