【摘要】：目的分析鼻整形術(shù)對(duì)整形美容受術(shù)者體像影響,探討術(shù)后患者體像障礙(BDD)的變化,分析術(shù)前BDD影響因素,為受術(shù)者心理健康管理提供依據(jù)及整形美容診療提供參考。方法前瞻性分析2015年1月至2016年3月南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬友誼整形外科醫(yī)院收治的鼻整形術(shù)患者84例,調(diào)查患者一般資料,并且采用美容心理狀態(tài)自評(píng)量表評(píng)價(jià)患者的體像情況,術(shù)后第1~3個(gè)月復(fù)評(píng)。結(jié)果術(shù)前非BDD占60.71%,BDD發(fā)生率19.05%,其他與BDD無(wú)關(guān)的心理障礙、精神或神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病占20.24%;術(shù)后BDD發(fā)生率顯著低于術(shù)前(P0.05),并且非BDD患者術(shù)后無(wú)BDD發(fā)生。術(shù)前,BDD者1~10題評(píng)分均高于非BDD組;術(shù)后,非BDD者第1~4題評(píng)分降低,BDD者第1~4、6~10題評(píng)分下降,BDD者第1、7、9~10題評(píng)分高于非BDD者(P0.05)。術(shù)前BDD者隆鼻術(shù)、有整形史者比重高于非BDD者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻整形患者術(shù)前BDD發(fā)生率較高,手術(shù)有助于減輕患者BDD,而且手術(shù)本身不會(huì)帶來(lái)新的體像障礙。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of rhinoplasty on the body image of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, to explore the changes of postoperative BDD, and to analyze the influencing factors of preoperative BDD in order to provide reference for the management of mental health and the diagnosis and treatment of cosmetic surgery. Methods from January 2015 to March 2016, 84 patients with rhinoplasty admitted in the Friendship plastic surgery Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were analyzed. The general data of the patients were investigated. The evaluation was repeated 1 ~ 3 months after operation. Results the incidence of BDD was 19.05% in non-BDD patients before operation, 20.24% in mental or nervous system diseases, and no BDD occurred in non-BDD patients after operation (P0.05). The scores of pre-BDD and non-BDD were significantly higher than those of non-BDD group, and the scores of non-BDD and BDD were significantly lower than those of non-BDD and the scores of BDD and BDD were significantly higher than those of non-BDD (P0.05). The proportion of preoperative BDD patients with augmentation rhinoplasty was higher than that of non-BDD patients (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence of BDD in patients with nasal orthopedics is high before operation.
