【摘要】：目的:研究口咽鱗癌(oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas,OSCC)中人乳頭瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、CD31標記的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)表達的關(guān)系,探討它們在口咽鱗癌發(fā)生中的相互關(guān)系。方法:采用多重實時熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction,MT-PCR)檢測60例口咽鱗癌HPV DNA及型別,通過HPV DNA分析進行HPV感染狀況的測定;同時采用半定量免疫組化檢測HPV(+)組和HPV(-)組中VEGF、CD31(MVD標志)蛋白表達情況。結(jié)果:口咽鱗癌中HPV感染率36.7%(22/60),HPV-16型占所有感染者的比例86.4%(19/22),明顯高于其他型別;VEGF高度表達者出現(xiàn)MVD15個/高倍視野的幾率較VEGF低度表達者高(P=0.001);MVD15個/高倍視野的腫瘤為低分化的可能性較高(P=0.004);VEGF和MVD表達與患者年齡、性別、TNM分期、HPV感染狀況之間無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:HPV感染與口咽鱗癌的發(fā)生存在相關(guān)性�？谘树[癌中HPV感染狀況和VEGF之間無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus infection and the expression of CD31 labeled microvessel density in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and to explore the relationship between human papillomavirus infection and CD31 labeled microvessel density in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: multiplex real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (MT-PCR) was used to detect HPVDNA and its types in 60 patients with oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The expression of VEGF CD31 (MVD marker) in HPV (-) and HPV (-) groups was detected by semi-quantitative immunohistochemistry. Results: in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, HPV infection rate was 36.7% (22 / 60) and HPV-16 accounted for 86.4% (19 / 22) of all infected patients, which was significantly higher than that of other types of high expression VEGF with 15 MVD15 / high power visual fields than those with low VEGF expression (P0. 001). The expression of VEGF and MVD was more likely to be differentiated (P0. 004) and the expression of VEGF and MVD was associated with the age of the patients. There was no correlation between sex TNM staging and HPV infection. Conclusion there is a correlation between the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the occurrence of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. There was no correlation between HPV infection and VEGF in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
