【摘要】：目的：觀察養(yǎng)陰活血通絡明目合劑對2型糖尿病并視網(wǎng)膜病變的影響。 方法：本研究納入的60例2型糖尿病并視網(wǎng)膜病變的患者均來自山東中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科門診及病房。隨機將其分為兩個組：對照組30例給予基礎治療，即在標準的飲食和運動計劃基礎上，給予芪明顆粒治療；治療組30例在上述基礎治療基礎上，給予養(yǎng)陰活血通絡明目合劑，4個周為一個療程，連續(xù)服用二個療程。 結(jié)果：經(jīng)過臨床研究，治療組與對照組在降低血糖水平以及改善糖化血紅蛋白上均有療效，，但治療組的療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P0.01）；在改善視網(wǎng)膜病變療效以及血流變指標方面優(yōu)于對照組（P0.05），并且在治療過程中未發(fā)生不良反應。 結(jié)論：臨床觀察表明，養(yǎng)陰活血通絡明目合劑治療2型糖尿病并視網(wǎng)膜病變有明顯的臨床療效，在改善患者的血糖、血脂、血液流變學指標方面也起到了積極的作用，且在治療過程中未發(fā)生明顯的不良反應，值得進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Mingmu mixture on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with retinopathy. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with retinopathy were collected from the Department of Endocrinology, Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (30 cases) was treated with basic treatment, that is, Qiming granule was given on the basis of standard diet and exercise plan, and the treatment group (30 cases) was treated with Qiming granule on the basis of the above basic treatment. Nourishing Yin, activating blood circulation, clearing the collaterals and eyes mixture, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment. Results: after clinical study, both the treatment group and the control group were effective in reducing blood sugar level and improving glycosylated hemoglobin, but the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P0.01). It was superior to the control group in improving the curative effect and hemorheological index of retinopathy (P0.05), and there was no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion: the clinical observation shows that Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Mingmu mixture has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with retinopathy, and it also plays an active role in improving the blood sugar, blood lipid and hemorheology of the patients. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of treatment, which is worthy of further study.
