【摘要】：目的觀察核黃素磷酸鈉與干擾素聯(lián)合治療小兒皰疹性咽峽炎的效果。方法選取我院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的皰疹性咽峽炎患兒101例為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)治療方案的不同將其分為對(duì)照組45例與研究組56例。對(duì)照組單純行干擾素治療,研究組聯(lián)合核黃素磷酸鈉治療,比較兩組效果及安全性。結(jié)果研究組體溫恢復(fù)正常、流涎消失、皰疹潰瘍消失及住院時(shí)間比對(duì)照組更短;研究組不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率比對(duì)照組更低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論小兒皰疹性咽峽炎行核黃素磷酸鈉聯(lián)合干擾素治療可有效緩解臨床癥狀、體征,減輕患兒痛苦,且不良反應(yīng)少,具臨床廣泛應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of riboflavin sodium phosphate combined with interferon on herpes isthmus in children. Methods 101 cases of herpes pharyngitis treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into control group (n = 45) and study group (n = 56). The control group was treated with interferon alone, the study group was treated with riboflavin sodium phosphate, and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results the body temperature returned to normal, saliva disappeared, herpes ulcer disappeared and hospitalization time was shorter in the study group than in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment with riboflavin sodium phosphate combined with interferon in children with herpes isthmus can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, alleviate the pain of the children, and have less adverse reactions, so it can be widely used in clinical practice.
