【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告例1,患者,女,41歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)鼻背腫物4個(gè)月,加重伴鼻塞2個(gè)月"就診于我院。入院前4個(gè)月,患者無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)鼻背部紅色腫物,約黃豆大小,曾在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院皮膚科就診,外用藥物(具體不詳)治療后癥狀無緩解。入院前2個(gè)月,患者鼻背腫物逐漸增大,伴外鼻腫脹。當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院鼻竇CT檢查示:鼻梁腫脹,鼻部皮下至鼻中隔結(jié)節(jié)。行鼻腔
[Abstract]:Case 1, female, 41 years old, was admitted to our hospital for "4 months and 2 months of aggravation with nasal obstruction." Four months before admission, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear the rhinodorsal red mass, about the size of soybeans, and had been seen in the dermatology department of the local hospital, but the symptoms were not alleviated after treatment with external medicine (specific details). Two months before admission, the tumor of the nasal dorsum gradually increased, accompanied by swelling of the external nose.
