【摘要】：目的:觀察新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院中醫(yī)科自制瞼板腺1號方劑藥液熏蒸雙眼聯(lián)合瞼板腺按摩、聚乙二醇點眼、妥布霉素/地塞米松眼膏涂瞼緣治療中重度瞼板腺功能障礙的臨床療效。方法:入選的瞼板腺功能障礙患者96例按不同治療方法分為觀察組48例,對照組48例。對照組熱氣熏蒸雙眼后瞼板腺按摩(每周連續(xù)3天,連續(xù)2周)及妥布霉素/地塞米松眼膏擦拭瞼緣、同時聚乙二醇眼液點眼4次/天、妥布霉素/地塞米松眼膏涂瞼緣1次/晚(總療程1月);觀察組為瞼板腺1號方劑藥液熏蒸雙眼,余治療同對照組。結(jié)果:治療前,兩組觀察指標差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后淚液分泌試驗、淚膜破裂時間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),觀察組改善大于對照組;角膜熒光素鈉染色差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組治療有效率差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),觀察組的治療效果優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:瞼板腺1號方劑藥液熏蒸雙眼聯(lián)合瞼板腺按摩、聚乙二醇眼液點眼、妥布霉素/地塞米松眼膏涂瞼緣治療中重度瞼板腺功能障礙具有較好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the binocular massage of tarsal gland No. 1 prescription in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region people's Hospital. Clinical efficacy of tobramycin / dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment in treatment of moderate and severe tarsal gland dysfunction. Methods: 96 patients with tarsal gland dysfunction were divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). In the control group, the posterior tarsal gland massage (3 days per week for 2 weeks) and tobramycin / dexamethasone eye ointment were used to wipe the eyelid edge, while the pegyleneglycol eye drops were observed 4 times a day. Tobramycin / dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment was applied to eyelid margin once a night (total course of treatment was 1 month). The observation group was treated with blepharoid gland No. 1 prescription liquid fumigation to both eyes, and the remaining treatment was the same as that in the control group. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in observation indexes between the two groups (P 0.05), but the tear secretion test after treatment had significant difference in tear film rupture time (P 0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in corneal fluorescein sodium staining between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: blepharoid gland No. 1 prescription fumigation combined with tarsal gland massage, polyethylene glycol eye drops, tobramycin / dexamethasone eye ointment on eyelid edge treatment of moderate and severe tarsal gland dysfunction has a good effect.
