【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)腺樣體肥大并發(fā)分泌性中耳炎患兒的腺樣體中淋巴細(xì)胞亞群分布情況,并探討其意義。方法腺樣體肥大并發(fā)分泌性中耳炎患兒45例(研究組),腺樣體肥大但無(wú)中耳炎的患兒34例(對(duì)照組),手術(shù)切除腺樣體,用相應(yīng)的熒光抗體標(biāo)記細(xì)胞,用流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定兩組兒童腺樣體中的淋巴細(xì)胞水平。結(jié)果在HA/OME組中,淋巴細(xì)胞亞群CD3~+CD4~+T細(xì)胞(8.97%)、CD3~+CD8~+T細(xì)胞(4.27%)、CD3~+CD8~+Fas~+T細(xì)胞(1.24%)、CD19~+Fas~+B細(xì)胞(3.23%)所占比例均顯著高于HA組CD3~+CD4~+T細(xì)胞(6.37%)、CD3~+CD8~+T細(xì)胞(3.61%)、CD3~+CD8~+Fas~+T細(xì)胞(0.80%)、CD19~+Fas~+B細(xì)胞(2.68%)所占比例。在HA/OME組中CD3~+CD4~+CD69~+T細(xì)胞(1.29%)、CD3~+CD4~+HLA-DR~+T細(xì)胞(0.61%)、CD3~+CD8~+CD69~+T細(xì)胞(1.39%)、CD3~+CD8~+HLA-DR~+T細(xì)胞(0.09%)、CD19~+CD69~+B細(xì)胞(2.07%)、CD19~+CD62L~+B細(xì)胞(0.21%)所占比例均顯著低于HA組的CD3~+CD4~+CD69~+T細(xì)胞(1.94%)、CD3~+CD4~+HLA-DR~+T細(xì)胞(0.84%)、CD3~+CD8~+CD69~+T細(xì)胞(2.08%)、CD3~+CD8~+HLA-DR~+T細(xì)胞(0.18%)、CD19~+CD69~+B細(xì)胞(3.98%)、CD19~+CD62L~+B細(xì)胞(0.46%)占比。結(jié)論肥大性腺樣體并發(fā)分泌性中耳炎患者局部淋巴細(xì)胞比例改變,免疫功能失調(diào),這可能與中耳炎的發(fā)生有一定關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the distribution of lymphocyte subsets in adenoids of children with adenoid hypertrophy and secretory otitis media, and to explore its significance. Methods 45 cases of adenoid hypertrophy complicated with secretory otitis media (study group) and 34 cases of adenoid hypertrophy without otitis media (control group) were operated on to remove adenoids and labeled cells with corresponding fluorescent antibodies. The lymphocyte level in adenoid was measured by flow cytometry. Results in the HA / OME group, the percentage of CD3 ~ CD4 ~ T cells in the lymphocyte subgroup was significantly higher than that in the HA group.
