【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)武漢市92所實(shí)施視力健康管理的中小學(xué)校學(xué)生視力狀況進(jìn)行連續(xù)3學(xué)年的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè),了解學(xué)生視力低下?tīng)顩r及變化趨勢(shì)。方法選擇武漢市92所中小學(xué)校實(shí)施學(xué)生視力健康管理,包括培訓(xùn)防控隊(duì)伍,開(kāi)展健康教育,實(shí)施全人群監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警、綜合干預(yù)、建立檔案、動(dòng)態(tài)管理。檢測(cè)學(xué)生的裸眼視力低下?tīng)顩r。結(jié)果視力低下檢出率:2014~2016學(xué)年總體的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化視力低下率分別是:50.83%、51.53%和49.13%。小學(xué)階段3個(gè)學(xué)年的視力低下檢出率逐年下降,由39.62%、39.42%下降到36.97%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。初中階段3個(gè)學(xué)年的視力低下檢出率分別是:77.75%,80.60%,78.32%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論實(shí)施視力健康管理的學(xué)校,學(xué)生的視力低下檢出率和視力低下發(fā)展速度呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì),學(xué)生視力不良狀況得到遏制并呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the visual acuity of 92 primary and middle school students in Wuhan for 3 consecutive academic years, and to find out the situation of low vision and its changing trend. Methods 92 primary and secondary schools in Wuhan were selected to carry out visual health management, including training prevention and control team, carrying out health education, carrying out whole population monitoring and warning, comprehensive intervention, establishing archives and dynamic management. The uncorrected visual acuity of the students was detected. Results the detection rate of visual acuity was 51.53% and 49.13% respectively in the academic year of: 2014-2016. The overall standardized low visual acuity rate was 51.53% and 49.13%, respectively. The detectable rate of low eyesight decreased year by year from 39.62% to 36.97% in three school years of primary school, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The detectable rate of poor eyesight in junior middle school was 77.750.60 and 78.32, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion in the schools where the vision health management is carried out, the detection rate of low eyesight and the speed of development of poor eyesight of students are decreasing, and the condition of poor eyesight of students has been restrained and decreased.
