【摘要】：目的探討血漿Ras相關(guān)區(qū)域家族(RASSF)1A基因、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子(TGF)-β1及乳鐵蛋白(LTF)在老年鼻咽癌(NPC)患者及其不同臨床病理特征中的表達(dá)及相關(guān)性。方法 NPC患者50例為NPC組,鼻咽炎患者50例為鼻咽炎組,健康志愿者50例為正常對(duì)照組。3組采用定量甲基化特異性聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)(RQ-MSP)檢測(cè)RASSF1A基因、血清TGF-β1及LTF的表達(dá)情況,并分析相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 NPC組血漿中RASSF1A、TGF-β1及LTF的表達(dá)與鼻咽炎組、正常對(duì)照組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。NPC組血漿RASSF1A、TGF-β1及LTF水平:Ⅰ期與其他期差異顯著(P0.01);Ⅲ期與Ⅳa期、Ⅳb期差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);未分化癌與鱗癌、腺癌差異顯著(P0.01);無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),頸部和遠(yuǎn)處淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 RASSF1A、TGF-β1及LTF在老年鼻咽癌患者血清中表達(dá)呈上調(diào)或下降趨勢(shì),與鼻咽癌分期、病理類(lèi)型及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and correlation of RASSFF1A gene, TGF- 尾 1 and lactoferrin in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its clinicopathological features. Methods RASSF1A gene, serum TGF- 尾 1 and LTF were detected by quantitative methylation specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 50 NPC patients, 50 nasopharyngitis patients and 50 healthy volunteers as control group. The correlation was analyzed. Results the expression of TGF- 尾 1 and LTF in plasma of NPC group was significantly higher than that of nasopharyngitis group and normal control group.
