睡眠呼吸障礙兒童氣道炎癥的初步研究

【摘要】:目的:探討鼻呼出氣一氧化氮值(NNO)對(duì)睡眠呼吸障礙(SDB)兒童診斷的臨床意義,評(píng)估SDB兒童氣道炎癥的嚴(yán)重程度。方法:選取SDB患兒30例、健康兒童20例為研究對(duì)象,用瑞典NIOX MINO儀器無創(chuàng)檢測(cè)受試者的NNO值。以SPSS 20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:與健康兒童相比,SDB患兒的NNO值升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-2.215,P0.05)。在SDB患兒中,NNO值與其AHI值呈正相關(guān)(r=0.429,P0.05),與夜間最低血氧值呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.482,P0.01),與其他睡眠參數(shù)無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:NNO值是反映SDB患兒氣道炎癥嚴(yán)重程度的潛在指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of nasal exhalation nitric oxide (no) in children with sleep apnea disorder (SDBs) and to evaluate the severity of airway inflammation in children with SDB. Methods: 30 cases of SDB and 20 cases of healthy children were selected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results: compared with healthy children, the value of NNO in children with SDB was significantly higher than that in children with SDB, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between NNO and AHI in SDB, a negative correlation between NNO and nocturnal minimum blood oxygen, and no correlation with other sleep parameters. Conclusion the ratio of N to N is a potential indicator to reflect the severity of airway inflammation in children with SDB.
