【摘要】：正隨著衛(wèi)生、生活條件的提高,結(jié)核發(fā)病率逐年減少,由結(jié)核引發(fā)的寒性膿腫極為少見,但在醫(yī)療條件稍差的偏僻地區(qū)仍時(shí)有發(fā)生�，F(xiàn)將我院收治的3例咽后壁寒性膿腫患者的資料報(bào)告如下,以增強(qiáng)對(duì)該病臨床特征及治療的認(rèn)識(shí)。1病例報(bào)告例1男,20歲,因頸部、胸部疼痛3個(gè)月,于2015年5月15日收入鄭州市胸科醫(yī)院。入院前3個(gè)月出現(xiàn)盜汗、低熱、乏力,同時(shí)伴有咽部不適伴吞咽梗塞感等癥狀,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院初步診斷為頸椎、胸
[Abstract]:With the improvement of health and living conditions, the incidence of tuberculosis decreases year by year. Cold abscess caused by tuberculosis is very rare, but it still occurs in remote areas with poor medical conditions. The data of 3 cases of cold abscess of the posterior pharynx wall in our hospital are reported as follows, in order to enhance the understanding of the clinical features and treatment of the disease. 1 case report A male with 20 years old, suffering from neck and chest pain for 3 months. It was admitted to Zhengzhou chest Hospital on May 15, 2015. Night sweating, low fever, fatigue, pharynx discomfort and a feeling of swallowing infarction occurred 3 months before admission, which were initially diagnosed as cervical vertebrae and chest in local hospital.
