【摘要】：目的探究治療外耳道真菌病時使用耳道吹風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)合咪康唑的治療效果,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法將2013年5月-2016年5月于我院就診的132例外耳道真菌病患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,觀察組(66例)實(shí)施外耳道吹風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)合咪康唑的治療,對照組(66例)實(shí)施單純咪康唑治療,同時對兩組患者耳部患處組織進(jìn)行病原學(xué)檢測,并對兩組患者治療后進(jìn)行隨訪。比較兩組患者痊愈率、好轉(zhuǎn)率、無效率、總有效率、復(fù)發(fā)率等參數(shù)情況,評價兩組方法的臨床療效。結(jié)果經(jīng)過2 w的治療后,對照組總有效率為90.1%;觀察組總有效率為96.9%。隨訪后,發(fā)現(xiàn)對照組復(fù)發(fā)10例,復(fù)發(fā)率為15.2%;觀察組復(fù)發(fā)4例,復(fù)發(fā)率為6.1%。治療后觀察組總有效率較對照組高,復(fù)發(fā)率較對照組明顯降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與常規(guī)的治療手段相比,外耳道吹風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)合咪康唑在治療外耳道真菌病時,更能縮短用藥時間,提高患者療效,值得推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of meatus hairdryer combined with miconazole in the treatment of mycosis of external auditory meatus, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 132 cases of mycosis of external auditory meatus from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 66) was treated with external auditory canal hairdryer combined with miconazole, and the control group (n = 66) was treated with miconazole alone. At the same time, the aetiology of the affected ear tissue of the two groups was detected and followed up after treatment. The recovery rate, improvement rate, inefficiency, total effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups, and the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 90.1 and that of the observation group was 96.9. After follow-up, 10 cases of recurrence were found in the control group, with a recurrence rate of 15.2and 4 cases in the observation group with a recurrence rate of 6.1%. After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with the conventional treatment, the external auditory canal hairdryer combined with miconazole in the treatment of external auditory meatus mycosis, can shorten the drug use time, improve the curative effect of patients, it is worth popularizing.
