【摘要】：目的研究對(duì)真菌球型鼻竇病變患者進(jìn)行治療時(shí)使用經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療后的效果.方法收集真菌球型鼻竇病變患者共182例,將患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)、單盲、平行對(duì)照設(shè)計(jì)原則分為對(duì)照組(90例)和觀察組(92例),對(duì)照組患者接受常規(guī)手術(shù)治療,觀察組患者接受經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療,將2組患者的治療有效率、病變范圍各竇腔評(píng)分、平均手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率進(jìn)行觀察和對(duì)比.結(jié)果觀察組的治療有效率為94.6%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的80.0%,觀察組病變范圍各竇腔評(píng)分為0分,顯著低于對(duì)照組的(13.1±1.9)分,觀察組的平均手術(shù)時(shí)間為(45.4±10.9)min,顯著短于對(duì)照組的(76.3±10.5)min,觀察組的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為3.2%,顯著低于對(duì)照組的25.6%,P0.05.結(jié)論在真菌球型鼻竇病變患者的治療過程中,經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療有效清除霉菌病變,迅速緩解患者的痛苦,且并發(fā)癥少,手術(shù)安全可靠,值得推廣應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of fungal spherical paranasal sinus disease. Methods 182 patients with fungal spherical sinus disease were divided into two groups according to the principle of random, single blind and parallel control design. The control group (n = 92) and the control group (n = 92) were treated with routine operation. The patients in the observation group were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery. The effective rate of treatment, the score of each sinus cavity, the average operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.0%). The score of each sinus cavity in the observation group was 0, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.1 鹵1.9). The average operative time in the observation group was 45.4 鹵10.9 minutes, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (76.3 鹵10.5 min). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.2g, significantly lower than that in the control group (25.6g P 0.05). Conclusion in the course of treatment of fungal spherical paranasal sinus disease, endoscopic surgery is effective in removing mycosis, relieving the pain of the patients quickly, with fewer complications, and safe and reliable, which is worthy of popularization and application.
