【摘要】：目的:探討銀杏葉片聯(lián)合高壓氧治療老年突發(fā)性耳聾患者血清CRP水平影響及臨床療效。方法:研究對(duì)象為醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科收治的突發(fā)性耳聾老年患者82例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組,分別為41例,對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)治療,研究組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上予以銀杏葉片聯(lián)合高壓氧治療,采血測(cè)定血清學(xué)指標(biāo),同時(shí)對(duì)比臨床療效及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果:對(duì)于治療前,兩組治療后血清CRP、LPO水平降低,NO、SOD水平升高,T淋巴細(xì)胞水平升高,免疫球蛋白水平降低,血液黏度及血小板聚集率降低,HMGB1、ENA-78水平降低,有差異(P0.05);相對(duì)于對(duì)照組,研究組治療后血清CRP、LPO水平較低,NO、SOD水平較高,T淋巴細(xì)胞水平較高,免疫球蛋白水平較低,血液黏度及血小板聚集率較低,HMGB1、ENA-78水平較低,有差異(P0.05);在臨床療效上,對(duì)照組有效率73.17%與研究組有效率90.23%數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,有差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:銀杏葉片聯(lián)合高壓氧治療老年突發(fā)性耳聾療效確切,降低血液黏度及血清CRP水平,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect and clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined hyperbaric oxygen (Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets) combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in the treatment of senile sudden deafness. Methods: 82 cases of sudden deafness in the hospital department of ENT were studied. The study group was divided into 41 cases according to the random number table method, the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was given the routine treatment. With Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy, blood sampling was used to measure serological indexes, and the clinical efficacy and complications were compared. Results: before treatment, serum CRP, LPO level, NO, SOD level, T lymphocyte level, immunoglobulin level decreased, blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate decreased, HMGB1, ENA-78 level in the two groups before treatment. Compared with the control group, the serum CRP, LPO level was lower, the level of NO, SOD was lower, the level of NO, SOD was higher, the level of T lymphocyte was higher, the level of immunoglobulin was lower, the blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate were lower, the level of HMGB1, ENA-78 was lower, and there was a difference (P0.05); in the clinical efficacy, the control group was 73.17% and the study group was 73.17%. The efficiency of the 90.23% data was compared with the difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the treatment of senile sudden deafness is effective, reducing blood viscosity and serum CRP level, high safety.
