角膜塑形鏡配戴后瞳孔與光學區(qū)的大小對視覺質量的影響

【摘要】:目的探究角膜塑形鏡治療后暗室對比敏感度與調制傳遞函數(shù)截止頻率(modulation transfer function cutoff,MTF cutoff)變化,并分析瞳孔與光學區(qū)的大小對暗室下對比敏感度以及MTF cutoff的影響。方法選取2015年8月至12月在天津醫(yī)科大學眼科醫(yī)院進行角膜塑形鏡治療的近視青少年40人(右眼40眼),戴鏡前、戴鏡后6個月分別測量角膜地形圖、暗室瞳孔大小、光學區(qū)大小、暗室及暗室眩光條件下對比敏感度曲線下面積(area under log contrast sensitivity function,AULCSF)及MTF cutoff,戴鏡前后視覺質量參數(shù)變化采用配對t檢驗,暗室瞳孔與光學區(qū)對視覺質量參數(shù)的影響采用Pearson相關分析。結果戴鏡后6個月等效球鏡度數(shù)降低(P0.001),柱鏡度數(shù)無變化(P=0.879);暗室對比敏感度及暗室眩光條件下對比敏感度均下降(均為P0.001);MTF cutoff下降(P0.001)。戴鏡前后瞳孔直徑為(6.50±0.34)mm。戴鏡后6個月光學區(qū)直徑為(4.05±0.24)mm。暗室條件下AULCSF變化與暗室瞳孔直徑及光學區(qū)直徑均不相關(r=0.159,P=0.307;r=-0.223,P=0.167),暗室眩光條件下AULCSF變化與暗室瞳孔直徑及光學區(qū)直徑均不相關(r=0.174,P=0.289;r=-0.200,P=0.216)。MTF cutoff變化與暗室瞳孔直徑及光學區(qū)直徑相關(r=0.509,P=0.001;r=-0.511,P=0.001),暗室、暗室眩光條件下AULCSF及MTF cutoff變化均與瞳孔直徑和光學區(qū)直徑之差相關(均為P0.05)。結論角膜塑形鏡配戴后暗室對比敏感度及MTF cutoff均降低,且較小的暗室瞳孔與較大的光學區(qū)可獲得更好的視覺質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of contrast sensitivity and modulation transfer function (MTF) cutoff frequency (MTF) after keratoplasty, and to analyze the effect of the size of pupil and optical area on the contrast sensitivity and MTF cutoff. Methods from August to December 2015, 40 myopic adolescents (40 eyes of right eye, 6 months after wearing a mirror) who were treated with corneal plastic lens in Tianjin Medical University Ophthalmology Hospital were selected to measure the corneal topography and pupil size of dark chamber. The size of optical area, area under contrast sensitivity curve and MTF cutoff. the changes of visual quality parameters before and after wearing mirror were matched t test. The influence of dark chamber pupil and optical area on visual quality parameters was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results after 6 months of wear, the degree of equivalent spherical lens decreased by P 0.001, the degree of column lens did not change, and the contrast sensitivity of dark ventricle and the contrast sensitivity of cutoff decreased under the condition of dark ventricular glare (P 0.001) and P 0.001g / L respectively. The pupil diameter was 6.50 鹵0.34 mm before and after wearing the mirror. The diameter of 6 moonlight school districts after wearing mirror was 4.05 鹵0.24 mm. There was no correlation between the change of AULCSF and the diameter of pupil and optical area in dark chamber. There was no correlation between the change of AULCSF and the diameter of pupil and optical area of dark chamber. There was no correlation between the change of AULCSF and pupil diameter and optical area diameter of dark chamber under dark room glare and the diameter of pupil and optical area of dark chamber. There was no correlation between the change of AULCSF and pupil diameter of dark chamber and the diameter of optical area. The change of cutoff was related to the diameter of pupil of dark chamber and the diameter of optical area. Under dark ventricular glare, the changes of AULCSF and MTF cutoff were correlated with the difference of pupil diameter and optical area diameter (P0.05). Conclusion the contrast sensitivity and MTF cutoff of the dark chamber decreased after the corneal plastic lens was worn, and the smaller dark chamber pupil and the larger optical area could obtain better visual quality.
