【摘要】：目的:1.觀察變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者肺功能變化;2.鼻用糖皮質(zhì)激素對(duì)于變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者肺功能的影響。方法:選擇90名中重度AR患者和50名正常對(duì)照組進(jìn)行肺功能檢查,90名AR患者分為A組(50人)和B組(40人)兩組,A組鼻用布地奈德加氯雷他定口服,B組鼻用生理海水加氯雷他定口服,3個(gè)月治療后,A組結(jié)果記為C組,B組結(jié)果記為D組,再次進(jìn)行肺功能檢查并進(jìn)行對(duì)比檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:AR組與正常對(duì)照組:FEV1.0/FVC,MMF,FEF50%,FEF75%比較差異具有顯著性(P0.01);AR組無(wú)通氣功能異常,小氣道功能異常51例,占56.7%,對(duì)照組通氣功能均正常,小氣道異常14例,占28.0%。χ2=11.5(P0.01),兩者對(duì)比差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)意義。A組用藥三個(gè)月后與用藥前(即C組與A組)對(duì)比:FEV1.0/FVC(P0.05),MMF,FEF50%,FEF75%(P0.01)差異具有顯著性;A組與B組用藥后結(jié)果對(duì)比(即C組與D組):FEF75%(P0.05);C組與正常對(duì)照組對(duì)比無(wú)差異;B組用藥三個(gè)月后與用藥前對(duì)比(即D組對(duì)B組):MMF,FEF75%(P0.05);D組與正常對(duì)照組對(duì)比FEF75%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者的部分肺功能指標(biāo)降低,主要表現(xiàn)為小氣道功能受損,鼻用糖皮質(zhì)激比氯雷他定更能有效地改善患者的肺功能。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. To observe the changes of pulmonary function in patients with allergic rhinitis. Effects of nasal glucocorticoid on pulmonary function in allergic rhinitis. Methods: 90 patients with moderate and severe AR and 50 normal controls were divided into two groups: group A (n = 50) and group B (n = 40). After 3 months of treatment, the results of group A were recorded as group C and group B were recorded as group D. Pulmonary function test and contrast test were performed again. Results there was no abnormal ventilatory function and 51 cases with abnormal small airway function (56.7%) in the control group (P < 0.01). The ventilation function of the control group was normal and the small airway was abnormal in 14 cases, and there was no abnormal ventilation function in the control group compared with that in the normal control group (FEV 1.0 / FVCU / FEF50%), and there was no abnormality in the small airway function in the control group (P < 0.01), while the small airway function was abnormal in 51 cases (56.7%). The difference between group A and group A was significant three months after administration (that is, group C and group A). There was a significant difference between group A and group A (group C and group A). There was a significant difference between group A and group B (group C and group D) after administration of medicine compared with group C and group A (group C and group A). There was a significant difference between group A and group B in the results of comparison between group A and group B (group C and group D) and control group (group C and group D) in comparison with those in group C and group A (group C and group D). There was a significant difference between group C and group D in comparison between group C and group D in group C and normal. There was no difference in contrast between group B and group B after three months of treatment (group D: group B: MMFF FEF75; group D: FEF75; group D: control group; Conclusion: some indexes of pulmonary function in patients with allergic rhinitis were decreased, mainly showed that small airway function was damaged. Nasal glucocorticoid was more effective than loratadine in improving pulmonary function of patients with allergic rhinitis.
