【摘要】：目的觀察針刺聯(lián)合西藥治療后天性麻痹性斜視的臨床療效。方法將60例后天性麻痹性斜視患者隨機(jī)分為治療組與對照組各30例。對照組應(yīng)用復(fù)方樟柳堿注射液顳淺動脈旁皮下注射及口服營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)藥物,治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合針刺治療,兩組均治療4周。治療前后觀察患者眼部癥狀評分,包括眼位偏斜、眼球活動障礙、復(fù)視、第一斜視角大于第二斜視角、代償頭位,并評價臨床療效。結(jié)果治療組臨床療效治愈率為40.0%,總有效率為93.4%,對照組分別為10.0%、66.7%,治療組總有效率及治愈率均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。治療組治療后眼部癥狀總評分及復(fù)視、眼位偏斜、眼球活動障礙評分改善情況均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論針刺聯(lián)合西藥治療后天性麻痹性斜視療效優(yōu)于單純西藥治療,可顯著改善眼部癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in treating acquired paralytic strabismus. Methods 60 patients with acquired paralytic strabismus were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with compound anisodine injection by subcutaneous injection of superficial temporal artery and oral nutrition nerve drug. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group and both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the ocular symptom scores were observed, including eye position deviation, eye movement disorder, diplopia, the first oblique angle was larger than the second oblique angle, the compensatory head position, and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 40.0 and 93.40.The total effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group respectively (P 0.05). After treatment, the total score of ocular symptoms, diplopia, deviation of eye position and the improvement of the score of ocular movement disorder in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine on acquired paralytic strabismus is better than that of western medicine alone, and can significantly improve ocular symptoms.
