【摘要】：目的:觀察玉屏風(fēng)散聯(lián)合舒利迭吸入治療支氣管哮喘合并過敏性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法:將84例患者隨機分為觀察組、對照組各42例。2組均給予舒利迭吸入治療,觀察組同時給予玉屏風(fēng)散治療,觀察2組治療前后鼻炎癥狀體征評分、哮喘控制評分、肺功能情況及臨床療效。結(jié)果:哮喘控制評分、過敏性鼻炎評分及肺功能各指標(biāo)治療前后2組組內(nèi)比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后組間比較差異也有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)�？傆行视^察組為92.86%,對照組為76.19%,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:玉屏風(fēng)散聯(lián)合舒利迭吸入治療支氣管哮喘合并過敏性鼻炎較單純西藥治療效果顯著,可有效控制支氣管哮喘及過敏性鼻炎癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder combined with sulidide inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis. Methods: 84 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42), control group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42), respectively. The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng powder at the same time. The symptoms and signs of rhinitis and asthma control score were observed before and after treatment. Pulmonary function and clinical efficacy. Results: there were significant differences in asthma control score, allergic rhinitis score and pulmonary function between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). The total effective rate was 92.86 in the observation group and 76.19 in the control group. Conclusion: Yupingfeng Powder combined with sulidide inhalation is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis and can effectively control the symptoms of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.
