【摘要】：目的檢測微小染色體維持蛋白7(MCM7)在鼻腔鼻竇鱗狀細胞癌(SNSCC)中的表達水平,分析其與腫瘤組織分化程度及患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化法檢測SNSCC和慢性鼻竇炎鼻息肉(NPCRS)中MCM7的表達情況,并分析其與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 NPCRS中,MCM7陽性細胞主要分布于上皮基底層,且表達率較低。SNSCC中,MCM7陽性細胞呈彌漫性分布,且表達率較高。MCM7在SNSCC中的表達水平高于NPCRS,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。MCM7的表達僅與腫瘤分化程度有關(guān)(P=0.001),且隨著分化程度的下降而逐漸增高。SNSCC患者總體3年和5年生存率分別為61.3%和46.0%。Ⅰ~Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者的3年生存率分別為90.0%和25.6%,5年生存率分別為70.0%和17.1%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。MCM7陰性患者3年、5年生存率為36.0%和18.0%,而陽性患者3年、5年生存率為59.9%和34.2%,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.297)。結(jié)論MCM7在SNSCC中表達水平顯著升高,而且與腫瘤分化程度有關(guān),隨著腫瘤分化程度下降,MCM7表達水平逐漸增高,但與SNSCC患者的生存率無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of MCM7 in squamous cell carcinoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (SNSCC), and to analyze the relationship between the expression of MCM7 and the differentiation of tumor tissue and the prognosis of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MCM7 in SNSCC and chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp (NPCRSs), and the relationship between MCM7 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results the positive cells of MCM7 in NPCRS were mainly distributed in the basal layer of epithelium, and the expression rate was low. MCM7 positive cells were distributed diffusely in NPCRS. The expression level of .MCM7 in SNSCC was higher than that in NPCRSs. The difference was statistically significant. The expression of MCM7 was only related to the degree of tumor differentiation, and the overall 3-year and 5-year survival rate was increased with the decrease of differentiation degree.
