【摘要】：目的：探討新疆地區(qū)針對(duì)維吾爾族人群體內(nèi)變應(yīng)原皮試（采用阿羅格點(diǎn)刺實(shí)驗(yàn)）和體外特異性IgE檢測(cè)應(yīng)用（IVT ALLergen Screenf方法）的臨床價(jià)值。方法：采用花粉變應(yīng)原浸液對(duì)81例變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)花粉癥患者作過敏原皮試檢查;同時(shí)進(jìn)行血清特異性I gE含量的測(cè)定。結(jié)果：81例花粉變應(yīng)原皮試陽性患者血清特異IgE明顯異常,以變應(yīng)原皮試為對(duì)照，特異性IgE檢測(cè)的靈敏度在86.67%～97.87%，，特異度在88.24%～94.34%，兩種檢查方法的總陽性率34.57%～62.97%,陽性一致率88.89%～95.06%,皮膚點(diǎn)刺陽性率28.40%～58.02%，體外特異性IgE檢測(cè)陽性率32.10%～61.73%，差異有顯著性(P 0.05～0.005)，相關(guān)系數(shù)0.765～0.845，Kappa值在0.525～0.621%。結(jié)論：表明兩種檢測(cè)方法的抗原特異性高度一致,體外特異性IgE檢測(cè)的陽性率稍高于變應(yīng)原皮試，兩種檢測(cè)方法對(duì)于明確維吾爾族AR患者特異性抗體、病因診斷、脫敏治療中均有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value of allergen skin test (Arroge prick test) and in vitro specific IgE assay (IVT ALLergen Screenf method) in Xinjiang Uygur population. Methods: 81 cases of allergic rhinitis were examined with pollen allergen extract and serum specific IgE content was determined. Results Serum specific IgE was significantly abnormal in 81 patients with positive pollen allergen skin test, and the allergen skin test was used as control. The sensitivity of specific IgE was 86.67 and 97.87, and the specificity was 88.240.34. The total positive rate of the two methods was 34.575.97. The positive rate was 88.890.95.06. the positive rate of skin prick was 28.400.577.The positive rate of in vitro specific IgE was 32.1061.73.The difference was significant (P 0.05), and the correlation coefficient was 0.7650.845kappa was 0.525250.21. Conclusion: the antigen-specificity of the two methods is highly consistent, and the positive rate of in vitro specific IgE detection is slightly higher than that of allergen skin test. The two methods are useful for the determination of specific antibodies and etiological diagnosis of Uygur AR patients. Desensitization therapy has important clinical significance.
