【摘要】：正既往未將雙耳非對稱性聽力損失(asymmetric hearing loss,AHL)的極端案例-單側(cè)聽力損失(unilateral hearing loss,UHL)或單側(cè)聾(single side deafness,SSD)納入人工耳蝸植入的適應(yīng)癥。近年來有人開始嘗試為單側(cè)聾伴有嚴(yán)重耳鳴的患者患耳植入人工耳蝸,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)不但可以有效地減輕甚至消除耳鳴,而且還發(fā)現(xiàn)適應(yīng)后可以與健耳聽力很好地整合,從而達到雙耳聆聽的效果。
[Abstract]:Unilateral hearing loss (UHL) or single side deafness (SSDs), an extreme case of asymmetric hearing loss, is not included in the indication of cochlear implantation. In recent years, some people have tried to implant cochlear implants into the affected ears of patients with unilateral deafness and severe tinnitus. The results show that not only can the tinnitus be effectively alleviated or eliminated, but also the adaptation can be well integrated with healthy ear hearing.
