【摘要】：目的分析慢性鼻-鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者的臨床資料，探討慢性鼻-鼻竇炎、鼻息肉與支氣管哮喘的相關(guān)性。 方法將2011年5月～12月就診于寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)總醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科和呼吸內(nèi)科的慢性鼻-鼻竇炎患者141人，分為慢性鼻-鼻竇炎組63人和慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉組78人。入選對(duì)象進(jìn)一步明確有無合并支氣管哮喘。根據(jù)鼻竇炎不同病變范圍、鼻息肉不同分級(jí)及肺功能改變程度，分別對(duì)兩組患者合并支氣管哮喘時(shí)與鼻竇疾病的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，計(jì)量資料采用t檢驗(yàn)，計(jì)數(shù)資料采用卡方檢驗(yàn)，以P0.05為差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)果（1）慢性鼻-鼻竇炎組63例患者中15例合并哮喘，鼻竇炎癥病變范圍與支氣管哮喘患病率及哮喘的嚴(yán)重程度呈正相關(guān)。（2）慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉組78例患者中21例合并支氣管哮喘，Ⅰ～Ⅳ級(jí)不同級(jí)別鼻息肉與支氣管哮喘患病率及哮喘嚴(yán)重程度沒有明顯的相關(guān)性。（3）二組患者合并支氣管哮喘后生活質(zhì)量受到嚴(yán)重影響。 結(jié)論慢性鼻-鼻竇炎、慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉疾病與支氣管哮喘密切相關(guān)，鼻竇疾病患者合并支氣管哮喘后生活質(zhì)量下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical data of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, and to explore the correlation between chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps and bronchial asthma. Methods from May to December 2011, 141 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were divided into chronic rhinosinusitis group (n = 63) and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp group (n = 78). The subjects were selected to determine whether they had bronchial asthma or not. According to different pathological range of sinusitis, different grades of nasal polyps and degree of pulmonary function change, the relationship between the two groups of patients with bronchial asthma and paranasal sinus diseases was analyzed. T test was used to measure the data, and chi-square test was used to count the data. With P0.05 as the difference has statistical significance. Results 1) 15 of 63 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were complicated with asthma. The pathological range of sinusitis was positively correlated with the prevalence of bronchial asthma and the severity of asthma.) among 78 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, 21 patients were complicated with bronchial asthma.
