【摘要】：目的:評價自擬涼血生津方治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的療效。方法:將80例咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者隨機分為兩組,對照組(n=40)行常規(guī)治療,觀察組(n=40)在對照組基礎上加用自擬涼血生津方治療;比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果:觀察組的臨床總有效率、口腔炎緩解時間均優(yōu)于對照組(P均0.05);兩組患者治療后的口腔p H值均下降,但觀察組下降幅度明顯較對照組小、VAS評分均較治療前明顯降低(P0.05),但觀察組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬涼血生津方治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的療效顯著,能夠快速緩解口腔炎癥,使放療后p H值下降幅度減少,緩解患者化療過程中的治療疼痛,具有較高的臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of liangxue Shengjin prescription in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive oral mucositis. Methods: 80 patients with radiation oral mucositis of pharynx carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 40) was treated with routine therapy, the observation group (n = 40) was treated with self-made liangxue Shengjin prescription on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: the total clinical effective rate and the remission time of stomatitis in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the oral pH value of the two groups decreased after treatment. However, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: the prescription of Liangxue Shengjin is effective in the treatment of radioactive oral mucositis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It can relieve the oral inflammation quickly, decrease the pH value after radiotherapy, and relieve the pain in the course of chemotherapy. It has high clinical application value.
