【摘要】：目的研究并探討綜合療法治療干眼癥的臨床效果。方法 100例干眼癥患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各50例。對(duì)照組患者外用淚然滴眼液進(jìn)行治療,觀察組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥湯劑進(jìn)行治療。對(duì)兩組的臨床治療效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并觀察患者治療后的淚液分泌量、淚膜破裂時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組患者的臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后觀察組的淚液分泌量、淚膜破裂時(shí)間均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在干眼癥的臨床治療中應(yīng)用中西醫(yī)綜合療法,具有顯著的療效,能夠有效改善患者的臨床癥狀,臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on dry eye. Methods 100 patients with xerophthalmia were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with tears eye drops and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated, and the tear secretion and tear film rupture time were observed. Results the clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the tear secretion and tear film rupture time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of xerophthalmia has remarkable curative effect and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and the clinical application value is higher.
