兩種光學(xué)生物測(cè)量?jī)x在中國(guó)青少年人群中應(yīng)用的比較

【摘要】:目的評(píng)估兩種光學(xué)生物測(cè)量?jī)x(Lenstar LS900~汶與SW-9000)對(duì)青少年眼球生物測(cè)量結(jié)果的重復(fù)性,并比較兩種儀器測(cè)量值的一致性。方法采用前瞻性研究,納入65例屈光不正患者,分別用SW-9000與Lenstar LS900~汶進(jìn)行右眼眼球生物測(cè)量,應(yīng)用單因素方差分析評(píng)估儀器的可重復(fù)性,應(yīng)用Bland-Altman散點(diǎn)圖對(duì)兩種儀器測(cè)量值進(jìn)行一致性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 Lenstar LS900~汶測(cè)量指標(biāo)AL、K1、K2、CCT、AD、LT、PD的重復(fù)性良好,ICC均大于0.90;WTW略差,但仍大于0.88。SW-9000測(cè)量指標(biāo)AL、K1、K2、CCT的重復(fù)性良好,ICC均大于0.9,其余參數(shù)重復(fù)性較差。將兩種儀器重復(fù)性均良好的AL、K1、K2、CCT分別進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)SW-9000所測(cè)AL、CCT比Lenstar LS900~汶略長(zhǎng),且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);而K1、K2均無(wú)明顯差異(均為P0.05)。此外兩種儀器間AL、K1、K2、CCT均存在密切的線性相關(guān)(均為r0.97,均為P0.01)。Bland-Altman散點(diǎn)圖顯示,兩種儀器測(cè)量指標(biāo)的95%Lo A分別為AL:-0.057~0.133 mm;K1:-0.456~0.369 D;K2:-0.388~0.549 D;CCT:-3.483~8.016μm。結(jié)論對(duì)于8~18歲青少年人群,Lenstar LS900~汶與SW-9000眼球生物測(cè)量指標(biāo)(包括AL、K1、K2、CCT)均具有良好的重復(fù)性,SW-9000與Lenstar LS900~汶測(cè)量參數(shù)AL、K1、K2、CCT相關(guān)性高,且4個(gè)參數(shù)95%Lo A在臨床上可接受,一致性良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reproducibility of two optical biometrics, Lenstar LS900- and SW-9000, and to compare the consistency between the two instruments. Methods A prospective study was carried out in 65 patients with ametropia. SW-9000 and Lenstar LS900-1 were used to measure the right eye. The repeatability of the instrument was evaluated by single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA). The Bland-Altman scatter plot is used to evaluate the consistency of the measured values of the two instruments. Results the good reproducibility of Lenstar LS900- K2CCT1 / K2CCT / Lenstar was higher than that of 0.88.SW-9000, but the reproducibility of Lenstar was higher than that of 0.88.SW-9000, and the reproducibility of other parameters was not good. The other parameters were not repeatable, and the other parameters were worse than that of ACL K1 / K2CCT, and the reproducibility of all the other parameters was lower than that of ACL K1K2CCT, which was higher than that of 0.88.SW-9000. The results showed that SW-9000 was a little longer than that of Lenstar LS900-1, and the difference was statistically significant (both P0.05N and K1K2). In addition, there is a close linear correlation between the two instruments (both r0.97, 95%Lo A is AL:-0.057~0.133 K1: -0.456N 0.369DK 2- 0.388U 0.549 DCCT- 3.483U 8.016 渭 m.) the 95%Lo A of the two instruments is AL:-0.057~0.133 K1: -0.456N 0.369DK2- 0.388U 0.549 DCCT- 3.483U _ (8.016) 渭 m. Conclusion there is a good correlation between LS900-1 and SW-9000 (including ALK1K2CCT) and SW-9000 and Lenstar LS900- K2CCT, and the four parameters of 95%Lo A are acceptable and consistent in clinic.
