【摘要】：目的探討奈敏維聯(lián)合思然滴眼液治療視頻終端綜合征眼部癥狀的療效。方法收集2014年6月至2015年12月在我院接受治療的90例視頻終端綜合征眼部癥狀患者為研究對象,采用隨機分配的方法將其分為觀察組(n=45例)與對照組(n=45例),對照組采用查敏維滴眼液進行治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加入思然滴眼液治療,兩組治療療程均為30d,觀察兩組患者眼痛、異物感、干澀等指標(biāo)改善情況。結(jié)果觀察組(95.56%)治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組(73.33%),觀察組干澀(0.39±0.45)、異物感(0.17±0.25)、眼痛(0.31±0.42)等評分明顯低于對照組(1.33±0.57、1.42±0.48、2.37±0.62),組間數(shù)據(jù)對比差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論視頻終端綜合征眼部癥狀患者給予奈敏維聯(lián)合思然滴眼液治療,能有效緩解視疲勞癥狀,提高臨床治療效果,值得在臨床上大力推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of NaMinwei combined with siran eye drops on ocular symptoms of video terminal syndrome. Methods from June 2014 to December 2015, 90 patients with visual terminal syndrome who were treated in our hospital were studied. It was randomly divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The control group was treated with Cha Min's eye drops, and the observation group was treated with siran eye drops on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 30 days. The improvement of eye pain, foreign body sensation and dryness were observed. Results the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (73.33). The scores of dry and astringent, foreign body sensation, eye pain and eye pain in the observation group were 0.39 鹵0.45, 0.17 鹵0.25 and 0.31 鹵0.42), respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (1.33 鹵0.57-1.42 鹵0.482.37 鹵0.62P), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the patients with visual terminal syndrome can be treated with NaMinwei combined with siran eye drops, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of visual fatigue and improve the effect of clinical treatment. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
