【摘要】：目的研究神經(jīng)節(jié)苷聯(lián)合前列地爾治療老年性耳聾的臨床療效與安全性。方法老年性耳聾患者120例隨機分為實驗組和對照組各60例。對照組在常規(guī)用藥基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用前列地爾治療,實驗組在其基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合應(yīng)用神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂。觀察兩組治療效果、聽力水平、眩暈與耳鳴的改善情況以及良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,實驗組痊愈17例,顯效18例,總有效率93.34%;對照組痊愈14例,顯效15例,總有效率76.67%。治療后兩組患者的聽力水平均有顯著提升,尤以實驗組更明顯,實驗組治療前后單耳平均聽閾差值為(42±5)d B,對照組為(29±3)d B。實驗組眩暈治療有效率為84.21%,耳鳴治療有效率為91.11%;明顯高于對照組(71.43%、77.27%,P0.05)。兩組不良反應(yīng)輕微,減少用藥劑量后癥狀消失。結(jié)論應(yīng)用神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂聯(lián)合前列地爾治療老年性耳聾療效較好,可有效改善患者的聽力水平、眩暈與耳鳴的癥狀,同時用藥安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical efficacy and safety of ganglioside combined with alprostadil in the treatment of presbycusis. Methods 120 patients with presbycusis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of routine medication, and the experimental group was treated with ganglioside on its basis. The therapeutic effect, hearing level, improvement of vertigo and tinnitus and the occurrence of good reaction were observed. Results after treatment, 17 cases were cured in the experimental group, 18 cases were markedly effective, the total effective rate was 93.34%, while in the control group, 14 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 76.67%. After treatment, the hearing level of the two groups improved significantly, especially in the experimental group. The average hearing threshold difference before and after treatment was 42 鹵5 dB in the experimental group and 29 鹵3 dB in the control group. The effective rate of vertigo and tinnitus in the experimental group was 84.21 and 91.11 respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.43) and 77.27% (P0.05). The adverse reactions in both groups were mild and the symptoms disappeared after reducing the dosage. Conclusion ganglioside combined with alprostadil is effective in the treatment of presbycusis and can effectively improve the hearing level, vertigo and tinnitus symptoms.
