【摘要】：目的:觀察加用化痰通絡法治療甲狀腺相關(guān)性眼病的療效。方法:34例甲狀腺相關(guān)性眼病隨機分為兩組各17例,對照組給予一般治療和對癥處理,同時予口服強的松;中藥組在對照組基礎上予化痰通絡法治療。結(jié)果:治療后兩組突眼度、臨床活動度評分下降明顯,且中藥組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01)。兩組治療后在臨床癥狀眼部脹痛、流淚、復視、異物感㖞上有明顯改善。結(jié)論:加用化痰通絡中藥治療甲狀腺相關(guān)性眼病臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of removing phlegm and removing collaterals on thyroid associated ophthalmopathy. Methods 34 cases of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into two groups, 17 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general treatment and symptomatic treatment, and oral prednisone was given at the same time, while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with the method of removing phlegm and collaterals on the basis of the control group. Results: after treatment, the scores of exophthalmos and clinical activity of the two groups decreased significantly, and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group (P 0.01). Two groups after treatment in clinical symptoms? Eye distension pain, tears, diplopia, foreign body sensation? There has been a marked improvement on the surface. Conclusion: the clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine on thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is remarkable.
