【摘要】：目的探討糖尿病早期大鼠視網(wǎng)膜功能的損傷及白藜蘆醇的防護(hù)作用。方法采用鏈脲佐菌素一次性腹腔注射SD大鼠建立大鼠糖尿病模型,隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組和糖尿病組,低劑量(5 mg/kg/d)和高劑量(10mg/kg/d)白藜蘆醇干預(yù)正常對(duì)照組和糖尿病組,分別在實(shí)驗(yàn)1、3、5、7月測(cè)定視網(wǎng)膜電圖。結(jié)果糖尿病早期視網(wǎng)膜scotopic 0.01ERG b波振幅、scotopic 3.0ERG a波和b波振幅、scotopic 3.0OPS OP2潛時(shí)和振幅發(fā)生改變,低劑量和高劑量白藜蘆醇干預(yù)對(duì)上述視網(wǎng)膜功能損傷有明顯抑制效應(yīng)(P0.05)。結(jié)論白藜蘆醇對(duì)糖尿病早期大鼠視網(wǎng)膜功能損傷有防護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the damage of retina function and the protective effect of resveratrol in early diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic model of SD rats was established by single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group and diabetic group, low dose of 5 mg / kg / d and high dose of 10 mg / kg / d of resveratrol. Electroretinogram (ERG) was measured in experiment 1, 3 and 7 months, respectively. Results in the early stage of diabetes mellitus, the amplitude of scotopic 0.01ERG b wave, scotopic 3.0ERG a wave and b wave amplitude, scotopic 3.0OPS OP2 latent time and amplitude were changed. Low dose and high dose resveratrol intervention had obvious inhibitory effect on retina function damage. Conclusion resveratrol has protective effect on retina function injury in early diabetic rats.
