【摘要】：糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(DR)是糖尿病患者嚴(yán)重的微血管并發(fā)癥,其細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制尚不完全清楚。視網(wǎng)膜新生血管的形成是導(dǎo)致DR患者嚴(yán)重視力損害的重要因素之一,而血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)在新生血管形成中起重要作用。目前,抗VEGF藥物已廣泛用于年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性的治療,并在向糖尿病性黃斑水腫及增殖性DR等眼部其他血管性疾病治療方向擴(kuò)展,它的發(fā)明預(yù)示著眼科血管性疾病治療新時(shí)代的到來。
[Abstract]:Diabetic retinopathy (DRN) is a severe microvascular complication in diabetic patients, and its cellular and molecular mechanisms are not fully understood. Retinal neovascularization is one of the important factors leading to severe visual impairment in Dr patients, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays an important role in neovascularization. At present, anti- VEGF drugs have been widely used in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration, and have been extended to other vascular diseases such as diabetic macular edema and proliferative Dr. Its invention heralds the arrival of a new era in the treatment of ophthalmic vascular diseases.
