【摘要】：目的探討窄帶成像技術(shù)(narrow band imaging,NBI)普通內(nèi)鏡對喉惡性病變診斷的應(yīng)用價值。方法自2013年2月~2014年12月內(nèi)鏡檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)425例喉腫物患者,觀察NBI模式普通內(nèi)鏡下喉腫物病變區(qū)黏膜形態(tài)及血管變化,進行分型診斷,將NBI內(nèi)鏡診斷結(jié)果與病理結(jié)果對比分析。結(jié)果 NBI普通內(nèi)鏡對喉惡性病變診斷的敏感性為80.43%,特異性為97.10%,陽性預(yù)測值77.08%,陰性預(yù)測值97.61%。結(jié)論 NBI普通內(nèi)鏡通過觀察病變區(qū)黏膜形態(tài)及血管變化在喉惡性病變的診斷中有著良好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of narrow band imaging technique (narrow band imaging technique) in the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions. Methods from February 2013 to December 2014, 425 patients with laryngeal neoplasms were detected by endoscopy. The mucosal morphology and vascular changes in laryngeal masses were observed under NBI model. The results of endoscopic diagnosis of NBI were compared with pathological results. Results the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of NBI for diagnosis of laryngeal malignancy were 80.43, 97.10, 77.08 and 97.61, respectively. Conclusion NBI endoscopy has a good value in the diagnosis of laryngeal malignant lesions by observing the mucosal morphology and vascular changes in the lesion area.
