【摘要】：目的 探討葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內障根據(jù)不同條件選擇不同手術方式的療效。方法 46例(46眼)葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內障患者,在葡萄膜炎控制穩(wěn)定6個月后,采用小切口非超聲乳化白內障摘除人工晶狀體植入術治療葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內障20例(20眼),采用超聲乳化白內障摘除人工晶狀體植入術治療葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內障26例(26眼)。觀察治療效果。結果 術后45眼(97.83%)視力較術前提高,其中≥0.5者28眼,0.3~0.5者12眼,0.1~0.3者6眼。瞳孔圓形或橢圓形,瞳孔直徑較術前略大。結論 葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內障人工晶狀體植入術手術復雜,根據(jù)不同條件選擇不同的手術方式以及手術時機的正確選擇是手術治療的關鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different surgical methods on uveitis complicated with cataract according to different conditions. Methods 46 cases (46 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract were treated with uveitis for 6 months. Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were used to treat uveitis complicated with cataract in 20 cases (20 eyes), phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (phacoemulsification) in 26 cases (26 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract.
