【摘要】：目的 探討葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障根據(jù)不同條件選擇不同手術(shù)方式的療效。方法 46例(46眼)葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障患者,在葡萄膜炎控制穩(wěn)定6個月后,采用小切口非超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘除人工晶狀體植入術(shù)治療葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障20例(20眼),采用超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘除人工晶狀體植入術(shù)治療葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障26例(26眼)。觀察治療效果。結(jié)果 術(shù)后45眼(97.83%)視力較術(shù)前提高,其中≥0.5者28眼,0.3~0.5者12眼,0.1~0.3者6眼。瞳孔圓形或橢圓形,瞳孔直徑較術(shù)前略大。結(jié)論 葡萄膜炎并發(fā)性白內(nèi)障人工晶狀體植入術(shù)手術(shù)復(fù)雜,根據(jù)不同條件選擇不同的手術(shù)方式以及手術(shù)時機的正確選擇是手術(shù)治療的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different surgical methods on uveitis complicated with cataract according to different conditions. Methods 46 cases (46 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract were treated with uveitis for 6 months. Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were used to treat uveitis complicated with cataract in 20 cases (20 eyes), phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (phacoemulsification) in 26 cases (26 eyes) of uveitis complicated with cataract.
