【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,男,34歲,因左耳聽力下降伴耳悶8年于2016年4月28日入院。有銀屑病病史10余年,素口服山海棠片、白芍總苷膠囊、甘草酸苷膠囊及外用氯化鋅軟膏控制病情。入院體檢:體溫36.4℃,頸部、軀干及四肢皮膚可見散在大小不等紅色斑丘疹,邊界清楚,全身表淺淋巴結(jié)無腫大及壓痛(圖1)。�？茩z查:左側(cè)外耳道見大量肉芽組織樣新生物,少許淡紅色滲液,無特殊氣味,鼓膜未窺及;右
