【摘要】：正Hoehn等~([1])于1969年首次在Zencker憩息切除術(shù)中使用閉合器,隨后閉合器廣泛應(yīng)用于胃腸外科。Lukyanchenko~([2])于1971年首次報道了線型閉合器在全喉切除術(shù)中閉合咽腔黏膜。1972年P(guān)aches等~([3-4])報道了閉合器用于動物實驗及全喉切除后喉咽黏膜閉合的經(jīng)驗。劉學(xué)奎等~([5-7])于2012年首次在國內(nèi)報道線型閉合器在全喉切除術(shù)中的使用。雖然該技術(shù)在全喉切除術(shù)中閉合咽腔比傳統(tǒng)手工縫合具有很大的優(yōu)勢,但在全喉切除中
[Abstract]:Positive Hoehn et al. ([1]) first used a closer in Zencker rest resection in 1969. Subsequently, the occluder was widely used in gastrointestinal surgery. Lukyanchenkoo ([2]) reported for the first time in 1971 that linear closers were used to close the pharyngeal cavity mucosa in total laryngectomy. In 1972, Paches et al. ([3-4]) reported the experience of using closers in animal experiments and laryngopharyngomucosal closure after total laryngectomy. Liu Xuekui et al. ([5-7]) first reported the use of linear closers in total laryngectomy in 2012. Although this technique has a great advantage over traditional manual suture in total laryngectomy, it can be used in total laryngectomy.
