【摘要】：目的： 探討ADAM12和NDRG1在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。 方法： 收集臨床病例資料完整的相對(duì)應(yīng)的石蠟包埋標(biāo)本,用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)研究喉鱗癌組織中ADAM12和NDRG1的表達(dá)情況,并與臨床相關(guān)特征進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。應(yīng)用免疫熒光技術(shù)探究Hep-2細(xì)胞中ADAM12和NDRG1的表達(dá)情況。 結(jié)果： 67例喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中,19例ADAM12蛋白表達(dá)陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性率為28.4%,17例NDRG1蛋白表達(dá)陽(yáng)性,陽(yáng)性率為25.4%。ADAM12蛋白表達(dá)在不同的原發(fā)腫瘤(T)、臨床分期和有無(wú)頸部淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移中有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,在不同的病理分化中無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；NDRG1蛋白在喉鱗癌中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率高于中低分化腫瘤,但無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。Hep-2細(xì)胞中ADAM12和NDRG1蛋白均呈陽(yáng)性表達(dá)。 結(jié)論： ADAM12蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)可能與喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生和發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ADAM12 and NDRG1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of ADAM12 and NDRG1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was studied by immunohistochemical technique and the correlation with clinical features was analyzed by collecting the corresponding paraffin-embedded specimens with complete clinical data. The expression of ADAM12 and NDRG1 in Hep-2 cells was investigated by immunofluorescence technique. Results: In 67 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), 19 cases were positive for ADAM12 protein, the positive rate was 28. 4% and 17 cases were positive for NDRG1 protein. The positive rate was 25.4%.ADAM12 protein expression in different primary tumors. There was significant difference in clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rate of NDRG1 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was higher than that in poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma (LSCC), but there was no significant difference in the expression of ADAM12 and NDRG1 in Hep-2 cells. Conclusion: The positive expression of ADAM12 protein may be related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
