玻璃酸鈉滴眼液治療青少年近視患者配戴硬性透氣性角膜接觸鏡相關(guān)性干眼

【摘要】:目的:觀察1g/L玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(不含防腐劑)對(duì)青少年近視患者配戴硬性透氣性角膜接觸鏡(RGP)相關(guān)性干眼的療效評(píng)價(jià)。方法:選擇2015-01/05來(lái)我院門(mén)診就診的90例透氣性角膜接觸鏡相關(guān)性干眼癥近視患者,年齡12.75±4.15歲,屈光度-3.50±1.50D,患者均接受正規(guī)角膜塑形鏡驗(yàn)配。將患者隨機(jī)分為3組,每組30例60眼:A組使用RGP潤(rùn)滑液,4次/d,1滴/次;B組使用1g/L玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(不含防腐劑),4次/d,1滴/次;C組在使用RGP潤(rùn)滑液(4次/d,1滴/次)后15min再用1g/L玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(不含防腐劑)(4次/d,1滴/次)。觀察各組患者用藥前1d與用藥后第1、2、4wk的眼部癥狀評(píng)分、Schirmer I試驗(yàn)(SⅠt)、淚膜破裂時(shí)間(BUT)、角膜熒光染色評(píng)分變化。結(jié)果:三組患者在用藥1wk后的干眼癥狀、角膜熒光染色和BUT均較治療前有明顯的改善(PO.05),三組患者的SⅠt值治療前后差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。各組患者在治療第2、4wk后和治療1wk時(shí)測(cè)得的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。B組與A組對(duì)干眼癥狀、SⅠt和BUT的改善作用差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);B組較A組改善角膜熒光染色作用更明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。C組對(duì)改善干眼癥狀和角膜熒光染色作用優(yōu)于A組(PO.05)。C組對(duì)改善干眼癥狀上優(yōu)于B組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1g/L玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(不含防腐劑)能夠穩(wěn)定淚膜,促進(jìn)角膜上皮損傷愈合,改善青少年近視患者配戴硬性透氣性角膜接觸鏡所致干眼癥狀,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of 1g/L sodium hyaluronate eye drops (excluding preservatives) on dry eyes of juvenile myopia patients wearing rigid breathable contact lens. Methods: 90 patients with penetrating contact lens associated dry eye myopia, aged 12.75 鹵4.15 years and diopter -3.50 鹵1.50D, were selected from our outpatient clinic in 2015-01 / 05. The patients were randomly divided into three groups.
