【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病合并皮質(zhì)性白內(nèi)障的患者房水中硫氧還蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)、硫氧還蛋白互作蛋白(thioredoxin interacting protein,Txnip)的含量以及與皮質(zhì)性白內(nèi)障程度的相關(guān)性。方法采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA法)測(cè)定60例(60眼)明確診斷2型糖尿病合并皮質(zhì)性白內(nèi)障患者的房水中Trx及Txnip的含量,其中按照患者糖化血紅蛋白(hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)值將患者分組:A組(對(duì)照組,20例)HbA1c5.5%;B組(20例)5.5%≤HbA1c6.5%和C組(20例)HbA1c≥6.5%。結(jié)果與A組相比,B組患者房水中Txnip濃度增高,而C組濃度最高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);與A組相比,B組Trx的濃度升高,而C組Trx的濃度最低,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。A組中Trx與Txnip的濃度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.810,P=0.000);在C組中,Trx與Txnip的濃度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.809,P=0.000),與白內(nèi)障程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.727,P=0.001),其余均不相關(guān)(均為P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示,Txnip和HbA1c是白內(nèi)障發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論Trx、Txnip可能參與了糖尿病患者中白內(nèi)障的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
