【摘要】：目的探討不同術(shù)式在治療老齡白內(nèi)障患者的臨床效果及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率差異。方法老齡白內(nèi)障患者資料共304例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成觀察組各152例和對(duì)照組各152例,其中觀察組行小切口非超聲乳化囊外摘除術(shù),對(duì)照組行超聲乳化白內(nèi)障吸除術(shù)。比較兩組術(shù)前術(shù)后眼壓、視力恢復(fù)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果兩組術(shù)前眼壓比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。術(shù)后2、6、12、24 h眼壓比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后48 h兩組眼壓無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。兩組術(shù)前視力比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。術(shù)后1 w觀察組視力高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。術(shù)后1、3個(gè)月兩組視力無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率顯著少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論兩種術(shù)式對(duì)于白內(nèi)障的治療效果差異不明顯。相比超聲乳化白內(nèi)障吸除術(shù),小切口非超聲乳化囊外摘除術(shù)具有眼壓升高緩慢、峰值低,術(shù)后視力恢復(fù)快以及并發(fā)癥少等優(yōu)勢(shì),更值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and incidence of complications of different surgical procedures for senile cataract patients.Methods 304 patients with senile cataract were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 152) and the control group (n = 152). The observation group received non-phacoemulsification extracapsular extraction with small incision and the control group received phacoemulsification cataract extraction.Intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity recovery and complications were compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results there was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups before operation (P 0.05).There was significant difference in intraocular pressure (IOP) within 24 hours after operation (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups at 48 h after operation (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative visual acuity between the two groups (P 0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 week after operation (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after operation (P 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion there is no significant difference between the two methods in the treatment of cataract.Compared with phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction, small incision non-phacoemulsification extracapsular extraction has the advantages of slow elevation of intraocular pressure, low peak value, quick recovery of visual acuity and less complications, etc.
