【摘要】：目的評價中央孔型有晶狀體眼后房型人工晶體(ICL V4c)矯正高度近視的有效性、安全性、可預(yù)測性和穩(wěn)定性。方法共納入58例111只眼高度近視患者,術(shù)前檢查包括裸眼視力(UCVA)、最佳矯正視力(BCVA)、球鏡(SE)和柱鏡(CE)、對比敏感度、眼壓等。其中41例75只眼植入ICL V4c人工晶體(ICL組),21例36只眼植入散光型TICL V4c人工晶體(TICL組)。隨訪3個月,觀察項目同術(shù)前,并記錄術(shù)后并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后3個月ICL組UCVA≥1.0占58.67%,61只眼(95.31%)UCVA≥術(shù)前BCVA,平均SE為(-0.26±1.16)D,術(shù)眼屈光度在±0.50 D者達(dá)66.67%(50只眼),安全指數(shù)(術(shù)后與術(shù)前BCVA比值)和療效指數(shù)(術(shù)后UCVA與術(shù)前BCVA比值)分別為1.37和1.31。TICL組UCVA≥1.0占86.11%,32只眼(96.97%)的UCVA均≥術(shù)前BCVA。術(shù)后平均SE和CE分別為(0.08±0.84)D和(-0.34±0.54)D,術(shù)眼SE在±0.50 D達(dá)63.89%(23只眼),CE在±0.50D達(dá)66.67%(24只眼),安全指數(shù)和療效指數(shù)分別為1.32和1.30。兩組患者術(shù)后對比敏感度在各空間頻率的明視及暗視條件下較術(shù)前均有明顯提高。手術(shù)前后眼壓無明顯變化。結(jié)論高度近視患者植入ICL V4c后視覺質(zhì)量得到了明顯提高,該手術(shù)具有良好的有效性、安全性、可預(yù)測性、穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy, safety, predictability and stability of central perforated posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL V 4 c) in correction of high myopia.Methods A total of 58 cases (111 eyes) with high myopia were included. The preoperative examinations included UCVA, BCVAV, SES, contrast sensitivity, intraocular pressure and so on.Among them, 41 cases (75 eyes) were implanted with ICL V4c intraocular lens and 36 eyes (21 cases) were implanted with astigmatism TICL V4c intraocular lens.All patients were followed up for 3 months.
