【摘要】：目的：對(duì)于咽喉反流的患者通常以質(zhì)子泵抑制劑與促胃動(dòng)力藥作為首選藥物進(jìn)行治療。但隨著臨床實(shí)踐的不斷深入,發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)子泵抑制劑有劑量不易掌握,長期使用易出現(xiàn)負(fù)作用等缺點(diǎn),且其對(duì)某些咽喉反流患者無效。這就需要我們探索治療咽喉反流新的出路。目前中醫(yī)界對(duì)于咽喉反流的研究雖尚不完善,但根據(jù)其辨證論治的特點(diǎn)應(yīng)用中藥湯劑對(duì)咽喉反流進(jìn)行治療具有巨大的潛力。本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的目的為觀察與確認(rèn)奧美拉唑聯(lián)合中藥四君子湯治療咽喉反流的臨床療效,探討其治療咽喉反流的部分作用機(jī)理。 材料與方法：選擇符合試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的咽喉反流患者60名,隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各30例。治療組為應(yīng)用奧美拉唑及多潘立酮聯(lián)合中藥四君子湯治療：對(duì)照組為單純應(yīng)用西藥奧美拉唑和多潘立酮治療。治療三個(gè)月后進(jìn)行隨訪。通過比對(duì)患者治療前后的反流癥狀指數(shù)量表(RSI)以評(píng)估治療效果。RSI評(píng)分下降值7為顯效,下降值4分但≤7分為有效,≤4分為無效。 結(jié)果：奧美拉唑聯(lián)合四君子湯治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于口服奧美拉唑和多潘立酮對(duì)照組,兩組總有效率(顯效+有效)差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05) 結(jié)論：奧美拉唑聯(lián)合中藥四君子湯治療咽喉反流療效優(yōu)于單純應(yīng)用奧美拉唑與多潘立酮。
[Abstract]:Objective: proton pump inhibitors and gastric motility drugs are the first choice for patients with pharynx and larynx reflux.However, with the deepening of clinical practice, proton pump inhibitors are found to be difficult to grasp the dose, long-term use is prone to negative effects, and it is ineffective for some patients with pharynx and throat reflux.This requires us to explore a new way to treat throat reflux.Although the research on pharynx and larynx reflux in Chinese medicine is not perfect, it has great potential to treat throat reflux with traditional Chinese medicine decoction according to its characteristics of syndrome differentiation.The purpose of this study was to observe and confirm the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of throat reflux and to explore the mechanism of its treatment.Materials and methods: 60 patients with pharynx and larynx reflux were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30).The treatment group was treated with omeprazole and domperidone combined with Sijunzi decoction and the control group was treated with omeprazole and domperidone.The patients were followed up for 3 months.By comparing the reflux symptom index (RSII) before and after treatment, we evaluated the therapeutic effect.
