【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌中窖蛋白(Caveolin)-1、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)和白細(xì)胞分化抗原(CD)31的表達(dá),關(guān)注Caveolin-1與血管生成的關(guān)系。方法 58例確診為眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌并行手術(shù)的患者作為觀察組,常規(guī)留取術(shù)后的石蠟包埋組織,選擇皮膚基底細(xì)胞乳頭狀瘤術(shù)后石蠟包埋組織17例作為對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用免疫組化二步法檢測(cè)兩組中Caveolin-1、VEGF和CD31的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 Caveolin-1、VEGF的陽(yáng)性率、CD31標(biāo)記的微血管密度(MVD)在兩組中的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。觀察組中Caveolin-1、VEGF陽(yáng)性率和MVD值與腫瘤最大徑密切相關(guān),Caveolin-1與Ki67指數(shù)密切相關(guān),Caveolin-1、VEGF陽(yáng)性率和MVD值均與性別、年齡無相關(guān)性。線性相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組中Caveolin-1和VEGF、Caveolin-1和MVD呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論眼瞼基底細(xì)胞癌中Caveolin-1低表達(dá)是促進(jìn)腫瘤形成的重要因素,Caveolin-1與腫瘤間質(zhì)的血管生成有明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of cellar protein Caveolin-1, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and leukocyte differentiation antigen (CDM31) in eyelid basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and to investigate the relationship between Caveolin-1 and angiogenesis.Methods 58 cases of eyelid basal cell carcinoma were treated with paraffin embedded tissue, 17 cases of skin basal cell papilloma were selected as control group.The expression of Caveolin-1 CD31 was detected by immunohistochemical two-step method.Results the positive rate of Caveolin-1 VEGF and the expression of microvessel density (MVD) labeled by CD31 were significantly different between the two groups (P 0.01).In the observation group, the positive rate of Caveolin-1VEGFand the MVD value were closely related to the maximum diameter of the tumor. The positive rate of Caveolin-1 and the Ki67 index were closely related to the Ki67 index. There was no correlation between the positive rate of Caveolin-1VEGF-VEGF-positive and the value of MVD with sex and age.Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between Caveolin-1 and VEGF Caveolin-1 and MVD in the observation group.Conclusion the low expression of Caveolin-1 is an important factor in promoting tumor formation in basal cell carcinoma of eyelid. Caveolin-1 is associated with angiogenesis of stroma.
