【摘要】：目的探討超低密度角膜內(nèi)皮白內(nèi)障患者行超聲乳化手術(shù)中的技術(shù)要點。方法對13例(16只眼)角膜內(nèi)皮計數(shù)1000/mm2的白內(nèi)障患者行超聲乳化吸除及人工晶體植入術(shù)。其中角膜內(nèi)皮細胞密度為660~800/mm~2的2眼,800~900/mm~2的9眼,900~1000/mm~2的5眼,Ⅱ級核5眼,Ⅲ級核8眼,Ⅳ級核3眼。均進行超聲乳化吸出及人工晶體植入術(shù),術(shù)中將眼內(nèi)壓平衡技術(shù)、軟殼技術(shù)及水平劈核技術(shù)相結(jié)合。結(jié)果術(shù)后視力均有不同程度提高,無角膜失代償者。角膜內(nèi)皮細胞丟失率在(6.2±2.3)%。結(jié)論超低密度角膜內(nèi)皮不再是白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的禁區(qū),依靠謹慎地操作和熟練的技巧,仍可以獲得良好的效果。
