【摘要】：目的觀察鼻淵通竅顆粒聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉咀嚼片治療兒童過敏性鼻炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法前瞻性選取160例耳鼻喉科2013年1月—2015年1月期間確診為兒童過敏性鼻炎患兒,投擲硬幣法將其分為2組,對照組單純給予孟魯司特鈉咀嚼片治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用鼻淵通竅顆粒,觀察2組臨床癥狀和體征改善情況,評估臨床療效及安全性。結(jié)果 2組治療后噴嚏、流涕、鼻癢、鼻塞、局部體征評分均較治療前明顯降低(P0.05),療程結(jié)束時治療組各項評分均明顯低于對照組(P0.05);治療組痊愈率、顯效率和總有效率明顯高于對照組(P0.05),均未發(fā)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論鼻淵通竅顆粒聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉咀嚼片可明顯改善兒童過敏性鼻炎的臨床癥狀和體征,療效顯著,未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of Biyuan Tongqiao granule combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods 160 children with allergic rhinitis from January 2013 to January 2015 in otolaryngology were prospectively selected and divided into two groups by coin throwing. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets.In the treatment group, Biyuan Tongqiao granules were added to the treatment group to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results after treatment, the scores of sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, nasal congestion and local signs in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and at the end of the course of treatment, the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the cure rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The effective rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and no significant adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Biyuan Tongqiao granule combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis in children.
